This morning me and my brother were going for a walk to take pics and what ever, before getting out of the parking lot we see everyone looking up, there was some crazy guy running around on his balcony, his blinds were all messed up and he was yelling "help" I guess the cops thought he was going to jump, because he was alone in the room, dont know why he was calling for help, but the cops broke in and got him...
